Our coffee is roasted locally in Kitchener, Ontario, in the heart of Waterloo Region. We roast in carefully controlled batches to preserve each coffee’s natural character and deliver consistent quality in every cup.
Rooted Espresso is one of our most popular coffees and our signature espresso blend.
Made with 100% Brazilian Red Catuaí coffee from Cerrado Mineiro, it offers rich notes of chocolate, roasted nuts, and dried fruit. Its bold yet smooth character makes it approachable, comforting, and easy to enjoy every day.
Rooted Espresso is especially popular because of its versatility. It works beautifully as a traditional espresso, in lattes and cappuccinos, or brewed with a moka pot. Its full flavour also stands up exceptionally well in milk-based drinks.
