Sierra Nuez is a single-origin gem from Finca Los Angeles, located in the highlands of Pueblo Nuevo, Nicaragua (1,300 MASL). This coffee undergoes a careful 24–30 hour fermentation, followed by washed processing and sun-drying—a method that elevates its clarity and complexity. Expect rich notes of almond, cacao, citrus, and a hint of vanilla, all wrapped in a smooth, medium body.

Tierra Roja is a high-elevation, single-origin coffee grown on the slopes of El Volcancito in Santa Rosa, Guatemala. Cultivated at 1,670 masl, this micro-lot features the Pache San Ramón variety and is hand-harvested from just 0.3 hectares of land.
After harvesting, the cherries undergo a 24-hour anaerobic fermentation in cherry, followed by dry fermentation in sealed bags and slow drying on raised African beds under the Guatemalan sun.
The result is a clean, vibrant, and deeply satisfying cup. Expect silky layers of toffee, chocolate, and caramel, lifted by a spark of pomegranate.
Roasted in small batches by The Tree Coffee House, Tierra Roja is a celebration of highland terroir, precision, and depth.

Panela Dorada is a specialty coffee grown at high altitudes in the Cauca region of Colombia — where volcanic soil, cool mountain air, and traditional farming come together to create a cup both vibrant and deeply sweet. Named after the golden unrefined sugar native to the region, this coffee is a tribute to the land and its people.
With notes of cocoa, panela (sugar cane), and a lingering brightness of red fruit, this single-origin roast offers a smooth and layered experience. A perfect balance of body and acidity, this coffee celebrates Colombia’s heritage with every sip.
